Match the Application Before the Diameter

Start with the material and cutting task. Then check the machine, operating method, diameter, arbor, width and bond on the selected product page.

Early-entry control-joint blades are in Concrete Saw Blades. A green-concrete material listing alone does not establish compatibility with an early-entry saw.

Match the Bond to the Concrete

Premium Pro and Supreme Pro use different bond mappings. Select within the chosen product series; the same code does not mean the same application across both ranges.

Premium Pro abrasive series: .155 in, up to 35 HP. Supreme Pro abrasive series: .187 in, 35–65 HP. Both use 12mm segments and wet cutting. Early-entry, wall-saw, DBR, grooving and grinding products have separate bond systems detailed on their product pages.

Expert Guidance

Diamond Blade Selection FAQs

Which blade should I choose for reinforced concrete?

Start with the reinforced-concrete split-segment and professional concrete ranges. Match the reinforcement, aggregate and saw power to the selected series. The Standard Laser-Welded Concrete Blade is not recommended for reinforced concrete.

Can an asphalt blade be used for early-entry concrete cutting?

An asphalt or green-concrete material listing does not by itself establish early-entry compatibility. For control joints in fresh concrete, select the dedicated early-entry series and match the mounting, cutting window and skid plate to the actual saw.

Are all diamond blades suitable for wet and dry cutting?

No. Check the operating method on the individual product page and supplied blade. Professional concrete, bridge-saw, wall-saw and several pavement products require wet operation. Do not transfer a wet/dry rating from a similar blade.

Do the same bond codes mean the same thing in every series?

No. For example, P01 in Premium Pro Concrete is a soft bond for hard concrete, while P01 in Supreme Pro Concrete is an extra-soft bond for extra-hard concrete. Early-entry, wall-saw and pavement ranges use separate code families.

Will a hydraulic, ring or wall-saw blade fit my machine?

Compatibility depends on the mounting and machine configuration. Supply the saw model and flange or mounting drawing. Ring blades also need compatible drive wheels and guides; a diameter match alone is insufficient.

Where can I find the current price and available sizes?

Open the product page and select the configuration. Specialist blades and project quantities may require a quotation. Confirm final size, bond, mounting, availability and delivery details before ordering.
