TCT & PCD
Saw Blades
Discover professional carbide-tipped and polycrystalline diamond saw blades for woodworking, laminated panels, aluminum, ferrous metals, and specialized fiber cement applications.
The Right Blade for the Right Application
Blade selection starts with your cutting material, machine type, arbor and required finish. Explore all 11 ALSKAR product series below. Product images, available options and prices are displayed directly from our current WooCommerce listings.
Woodworking TCT Saw Blades
Carbide-tipped solutions for ripping, framing, general woodworking, fine finish crosscutting and narrow-kerf applications. Choose the tooth count and blade construction according to your wood, saw and desired cut quality.
Panel & Laminate Saw Blades
Cutting solutions for melamine-faced boards, laminated MDF, veneered plywood and compatible decorative panels. Pair an appropriate main cutting blade with a compatible scoring system when underside chipping control is required.
Aluminum & Non-Ferrous TCT Saw Blades
Dedicated cutting solutions for approved aluminum profiles, extrusions and tubing. This series includes 7-1/4" 60T/80T, 10" 100T and 12" 100T configurations; the cutting machine and material must both be approved for the selected blade.
Aluminum & Non-Ferrous Metal TCT
Ferrous Metal Cutting TCT Saw Blades
Explore separate application-focused cutting series for mild steel and stainless steel. Blade geometry, material ratings and approved machine speed differ between these applications—do not assume the products are interchangeable.
PCD & Specialty Saw Blades
Wear-resistant polycrystalline diamond cutting solutions for selected abrasive engineered wood panels and fiber cement products. Industrial laminated-panel PCD blades and low-tooth-count fiber cement PCD blades are different products and must be matched to the material.
Choose Your Blade by Cutting Material
Start with the workpiece and machine, then confirm tooth count, diameter, arbor, cutting geometry and approved speed before purchasing.

TCT & PCD Saw Blade FAQ
What is the difference between TCT and PCD saw blades?
TCT saw blades use tungsten carbide cutting tips. PCD saw blades use polycrystalline diamond tips and can offer extended edge life in suitable abrasive materials. Blade selection depends on the material, tooth design and approved machine.
Can one saw blade cut wood, aluminum and steel?
Do not assume cross-material compatibility. Different blades have different tooth geometries, cutting materials and equipment requirements. Use only a blade approved for the intended material and saw.
When should I use a scoring saw blade?
Compatible laminated-panel cutting equipment may use a scoring blade to reduce underside chipping. A scoring blade requires a matching scoring unit, appropriate arbor and a scoring width matched to the main blade’s kerf.
Are PCD fiber cement saw blades suitable for poured concrete?
No. PCD fiber cement blades in this range are intended for compatible fiber cement siding, boards and trim. Use a dedicated, approved concrete diamond blade for concrete or masonry.
What information should I provide for a wholesale quotation?
Please send the cutting material, machine model, required diameter, tooth count, arbor, any special mounting requirements, quantity and delivery destination. For metal and specialty materials, include the material grade and workpiece dimensions.
