For 35–65 HP Walk-Behind SawsThe Alskar Supreme Pro Asphalt & Green Concrete Diamond Saw Blade is engineered for heavy-duty wet cutting on professional walk-behind saws from 35 to 65 HP. Available from 14″ to 36″, the blade features 12mm diamond segments, a .187″ heavy-duty cutting width, slanted undercut protection segments and tungsten carbide inserts to help protect the steel core from abrasive wear and premature thinning. Application-specific formulations are available for Asphalt, Green Concrete and Asphalt-over-Concrete cutting.
Heavy-Duty Protection for Abrasive Cutting
The Alskar Supreme Pro Asphalt & Green Concrete Diamond Saw Blade is built for professional contractors working in demanding, highly abrasive cutting conditions.
Asphalt, green concrete and asphalt-over-concrete can generate abrasive fines and slurry that rapidly attack the steel core beneath and beside the cutting segments. If this wear progresses too quickly, the steel core can become thinner before the diamond segments are fully consumed.
To address this, the Supreme Pro Series uses a Dual Undercut Protection System combining:
Slanted Undercut Protection Segments
Specially shaped slanted diamond segments extend protection farther down toward the steel core, helping reduce wear in the critical area directly below the cutting rim.
Tungsten Carbide Inserts
Carbide protection elements provide additional resistance against abrasive wear around the core and gullet area.
Together, these two protection technologies help preserve blade stability, reduce premature core thinning and increase usable blade life in demanding abrasive applications.
1. Application-Specific Formulations
A — Asphalt
Best For
- Asphalt
- Blacktop
- Hard or soft asphalt
- Highly abrasive pavement
Positioning
Optimized for professional asphalt cutting where undercut wear is a major concern.
G — Green Concrete
Best For
- Green concrete
- Early-age concrete
- Partially cured concrete
- Abrasive fresh concrete
Positioning
Engineered for aggressive green-concrete cutting conditions where abrasive slurry can rapidly wear conventional blade cores.
AC — Asphalt over Concrete
Best For
- Asphalt overlay
- Asphalt over concrete
- Composite pavement
- Mixed pavement sections
Positioning
Balanced for applications where the blade transitions between asphalt and concrete layers.
2. Core Selling Points
