1. Product Overview

The Alskar Premium Laser Welded Three-Piece Concrete Core Drill Bit is a Premium-grade modular system for concrete coring. It combines three detachable components: the machine adapter, the middle barrel and the diamond cutting crown. Threaded joints connect these sections into the complete assembly.

The 10mm-high diamond segments are laser-welded to the steel body of the cutting crown. Laser welding describes the segment attachment method; the adapter, barrel and complete cutting crown remain separate components joined by threads.

The removable cutting crown allows the worn cutting section to be replaced while serviceable, compatible barrel and adapter components are retained. This gives contractors a practical way to manage wear parts without automatically replacing the complete assembly.

For deeper openings, a configuration using compatible extension barrels can be reviewed for the required reach. The extension arrangement must be matched to the bit diameter, thread system, drill stand travel and machine capacity. Usable drilling depth depends on the complete setup and core-removal requirements.

The diameter range is 1–16 inches, with a 10mm diamond segment height and size-specific segment widths. Middle barrel length, assembled overall length and effective drilling depth are separate specifications and are confirmed for the selected configuration.
