This 6"(150mm) hot-pressed general purpose diamond blade is a kind of sintered diamond blade which consists of a solid steel core surrounded by a circular pattern of diamond cutting teeth. By means of Sinodiam's professional hot-pressed diamond tool manufacturing technology, the cutting teeth are made from pretty hard diamond and a certain proportion of metal powder that are pressed together at high temperatures. In addition, this diamond saw blade will be subject to high-temperature and high-pressure sintering through our pioneering diamond tool hot pressed sintering process.

SinoDiam SPCS series is a hot press general purpose diamond blade with a narrow turbo segments designed to provide fast, smooth cutting in a variety of hard granite and other nature stones.

These high grade blades employ specially engineered diamond to insure long life while cutting fast, specially desinged narrow narrow turo rim insures maxmum speed with the minimum of chippage.
